A lifelong resident of Atlanta, Georgia, Barbra Rosing attended the University of Alabama and the University of Georgia for her undergraduate studies. In 1992, she graduated from the physician assistant program at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Upon graduation, Barbra worked for three years as a certified physician assistant in a private neurology practice where she assisted in their major pharmaceutical research studies. In 1995, she joined Atlanta Center for Dermatologic Diseases as the practice’s first physician assistant.

Barbra believes it is a privilege to be entrusted with another person’s health and medical care. She is a member of the AAPA, GAPA, and GDPA. When she is away from the office, she is a “foodie” at heart and enjoys dining, various wines, and gluten-free cooking. She is happiest spending time with her husband and sons.
